We want you to be happy with your Crochet with Tay purchase. Because we offer digital workshops, workshop kits, and handmade items, return and refund eligibility varies by product type.
Digital Workshops
Digital workshop purchases are non-refundable once access to the workshop content has been provided. If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchased workshop, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
If you purchase a workshop before the scheduled release date and wish to cancel before digital course access has been provided, please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
Workshop Kits
Unopened and unused physical workshop kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition with all kit materials included.
Once a kit has been opened or materials have been used, we cannot accept a return unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Handmade Items
Handmade items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition. Because handmade products may have slight variations, these variations are part of the handmade nature of the item and are not considered defects.
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
